How to Submit

Please include the following information in your workshop proposal:

  1. Title – Concise and engaging workshop title
  2. Organisers – Name, title, institution, address, email of each organiser
  3. Goal – Brief paragraph outlining purpose and learning outcomes
  4. Description – Short description (max 300 words) of content and engagement methods

Selection Criteria

Workshop proposals will be selected based on:

  • Quality of content
  • Design of the session
  • Level of participant engagement
  • Relevance to conference theme
  • Representation of diverse sectors, institutions, and regions
Workshops should be highly interactive and demonstrate clear value for participants. They should not be used solely to gather feedback on your own project.
