CHRP Grace Kaome Mukasa is an experienced HR Professional & Leader with over 16 years of Experience from diverse organizations in different sectors. Currently she works as the Manager, Human Resources & Administration at the Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE). Previously she worked for LVCT Health, Consumer Insight Ltd and KPLC. In her career she has won various awards in the field of HR and in promotion of Diversity and Inclusion in organizations she worked for. In November 2023 she won an award in the East Africa Uongozi awards in the Career Mento of the Year Category. She is also a Co-author of She Leads, Volume one, a book that brings together leadership lessons from Women in Africa.
She is member of various National Committees on Employment matters Grace has a passion for people development, strategy and Skills.
Grace holds an MBA in Strategic Management & Human Resources, A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, A Higher National Diploma in HR and the prestigious Certified Human Resource Professional qualifications, CHRP (K) among other management and Leadership qualifications. She is a full, licensed and practicing member of the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM).
